Justice are scoring GTA VI, and their new track features Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard
// Coda · 2 min read
Justice are composing the original score for Grand Theft Auto VI. Rockstar confirmed it on 15 October, alongside "Flower in a Hurricane", a new Justice single featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. The song soundtracks the game's launch trailer, released the same day.
Fans heard it first
Some fans had already guessed. When Rockstar released GTA VI: An Extended Look on 27 August, several action scenes ran under original instrumental music nobody could place. Those passages now appear to have been Justice's score.
Kevin Parker, again
Justice and Kevin Parker have done this before. Parker features on two tracks from Hyperdrama, Justice's 2024 album: "One Night/All Night" and the opener, "Neverender". "Neverender" won Best Dance/Electronic Recording at the Grammys in February 2025. On "Flower in a Hurricane", Parker and SZA share the vocals.
34 songs and a score
The track is one of 34 original songs on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, out with the game on 19 November for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Other names revealed so far include Travis Scott, Cardi B, Yung Lean, PinkPantheress, Fred again.., Rauw Alejandro and Keith Richards. Justice's score is separate from that album.

What Doechii is actually saying on "girl, get up."
Her answer to the industry-plant accusation, with SZA on the hook and a Clipse drum sample underneath. A song worth understanding properly.
